I salute the US Forces & their Coalition Partners in Afganistan for the sacrifices they have made. However, it is time to leave - its messy, especially with a weak & corrupt Afganistan Government, Taliban etc. etc. "Democracy" as we see it is difficult to succeed, even how much had been tried. The ME & the Arabs are different culturally & also their religious beliefs & practices too. The British could not control the tribes in the 19th/early 20th Century (not very clear on dates) and withdrew. The Soviet troops also had to withdraw & painfully too. I know this topic will long be debated i.e. pros & cons, but Reality is the Facts of Life.
