Look like Air forces A-10 are back... they will need to bring some dismantled in the boneyard back in life. It will force the Air Force to keep higher number of A-10 into service but also the logistic side of things. To play yo yo is clearly not efficient.
Honestly naming the department to 'War' is the only honest thing this administration has done.

Is the A-10 really that much better than everything else they have for CAS?
Then what's the point in keeping such a relic in service?
User of it wants to get rid of it. has been wanting for many years. But owners of it keep postponing retirement. This latest proposal (not a law yet) is yet another attempt proposed by several indivduals, based on their unknown personal motives, to try to convince enough of the congress to support them.
