is this true acquisition reduction or the usual trick where they slow deliveries but factory keeps up production and suddenly 1 year later when supposedly all problems have been resolved all these undelivered aircrafts from last year get delivered together with this year's batch?

Its a limit on deliveries not purchases. Means F-35 production will remain 150~ a year, but finished aircraft will not be immediately delivered. Which is how its been for like the past year already from what I have heard, once limit is gone, there will be a surge of deliveries, also like what happened this year.

Test was a success which they really needed after numerous fails from 2022-2023. Will most likely be fielded next year. US is also funding development of anti-ship seeker for the glider which will come later.

I wonder if they actually passed the test or they just changed the criteria for "success" like they have done with other projects.

The United States has successfully tested the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW), also known as the Dark Eagle, a medium-range hypersonic missile. The missile was launched from Cape Canaveral in Florida. The developer of the Dark Eagle missile system is Lockheed Martin. The Dark Eagle hypersonic missile is capable of reaching speeds of over 6,000 km/h, and its range is about 2,775 kilometers. The Dark Eagle missile is designed to deliver a sudden, massive strike. The Dark Eagle missiles are placed in a launch container, two per launcher. The first battery of LRHW Dark Eagle hypersonic missiles was supposed to be deployed by October 2025, but these deadlines may be violated.

Doubt it, they've been pretty public about the accuracy and range requirements they want from it and neither of those have seemed to change from the tests. Previous failures were pretty much all due to the launcher or booster, not the glider which is what really everyone cares about I think.

What is the max speed of this thing?
Not stated, but also dont know of any other supersonic UCAV project by any other company. Most proposals so far are optimized for transonic or subsonic speed, probably to maximize range which makes sense given the missions they will likely have.
