If that happened the whole world Economic system would collapse. A Quadrillion is a thousand Trillion. Right now US National Debt is at 25.5 Trillion. Getting it up that high would demand an extreme beyond this it would drag every economy into decline of a epic scale seen only in post apocalyptic dystopian Romances.
