there were speculations that these are amphibious UGVs. judging by the paint perhaps they are purported to stay in shallow water in a reconnaissance role?Three unknown UGVs painted in blue. Also of interest is the armored truck/MRAP vehicle behind them. I've never seen it before.

According to the Harbin First Machinery Building Group, the final delivery of this UGV took less than a year from the date of winning the bid.
This amount of copium is sad coming from the number one superpower. They are becoming more and more like Indians every day.
