Agree with Kadyrov. Putin is showing weakness by trying to go soft. Ukrainian leaders don’t want negotiations, they want to stall until Western weapons and volunteer fighters arrive. They are stalling for time.
If this video is legit, then my view of Russia armed forces will completely change. They are fighting like a third-rate military. To not have air superiority over Ukraine--a nation that borders them so logistic and AWACS/refueling should be easy to maintain--is beyond baffling. It's actually sad drones are picking off their convoys.
And Putin wants to make the world to view them as a a superpower.
