That was not the only abandoned T-90 of the day in the same area. Mind you, this is just a few kilometers from the Russian border. There's a video of Ukranian infantry taking out an evacuated T-90A with a side hit from a RPG penetrating through the ERA armor. The first one will probably get the same treatment.
