The same mechanism how Chinese Nationalists (ROC) got kicked out of UNSC permanent membership and UN all together, a general assembly vote by 2/3 of all members states.

In order to evict Russia from UNSC permanent membership, then a general assembly vote among 2/3 of all members states to agree that Russia is not the legitimate heir to Soviet Union (like KMT-ROC is not legitimate heir of China) thus must forfeit it's permanent seat and seat closed because Soviet Union doesn't exist anymore. This is legit argument, but whether it can get 2/3 general assembly support, I am not sure.
That's legalistic bs.

Let's simplify it. If Russia is thrown out of UNSC, UN is effectively dissolved

So you'd need around 128-129 votes for that to happen. Yeaah...short of Russia executing puppies on live tv, I'm not seeing it.

PRC benefited massively from this "legalistic BS" .... How else you think PRC got permanent membership? Through this "legalistic BS" ;)

If UNSC can survive 40 years with WanWanese as a permanent member, I'm sure UN will be fine without Russia as a permanent member.

Perhaps under UNSC reforms, Russia can return in future a permanent member alongside India, Japan, Germany, Brazil, and South Africa in an expanded UNSC, but none of them gets the veto.

This didn't age so well...

You know what's not gonna age well? All the crap you post, hundreds of anecdotal garbage tweets that'd make people think that Russians were getting beaten so badly, Kiev might as well reverse-invade Moscow. But all the while, Russia still has far more in the tank, more to bring to the fight, and every day, Russians advance and Ukranians fade. The biggest delight to watching you short-sightedly paint yourself into a corner is savoring the moment when you must come to terms with the headline, "Kiev has Fallen."

Russians soldiers not allowed to take phone and to communicate with the external world.

Means there are only Ukrainans pictures.

There is no way to make objective analysis about the morale , capability or losses of the two side.

Again, bringing mobile phone to the battlefield is like standing in hivis vest in the shooting range of a enemy sniper, and asking him to get shot.

It makes more sense to use old CB radios for communication, that working on 10 meters wavelength, means to triangulate the trasnmitter they need at least 20 meters wide antennas.

Of course every military prepared to jam CB, but it is better than the mobile, or even the Baofeng.
