not necessarily, a country should pre-prepare considered statements to address all possible outcomes. Ukraine folding quickly certainly was one possible outcome.
I find these Putin = Hitler comparissons hilarious because if Putin was actually anything like Hitler, most of these people would actually support him, lol.

Compare that with Zelensky handing out pardons to inmates in order to press them into service... sounds like Ukraine is running out of troops!
I thought that was just propaganda.
The English are always like this, they are outside of the continent, and they always try to undermine and play the divide and conquer.
There is a time and place for a proper discussion of such big ideas, just not now in a middle of a war.
Since the English are publicizing this, this is the same unsavory things they always do.
