Take this UCAV strike and multiply it by like 10 thousand, that's one 1 barrage on an Army formation.

What we also don't see is air strikes on Ukrainian C4I nodes and critical military infrastructure.

Ukraine's Eastern formations are literally surrounded, and so is Kiev, with amassing resupply.

The idea that Ukraine can 'win' this militarily is still a fantasy.

The operational picture of what is happening on the ground is a lot different than Ukraine makes it to be

All due to toy planes. Russian RuAF is trash. Their Air defense units are even more so. I've been drinking in their koolaid for too long. I highly touted them before this war began.

I wonder if Russia had just focused on the Donbass region and supporting the separatists that things would be better. Salami slicing can work both ways. Plus, force concentration, militarily. And the threat of escalation can hold a lot more power than actually going all in.

So is North Korea (and so was the USSR). Not a recipe I would want to emulate as an ambitious nation.

Are the Russians getting "smashed"?

Is that why Ukraine's Eastern army + Kiev is surrounded, and it's Southern flank collapsing?
