Morale damage to Ukrainian troops will be when Kyiv falls or govt. building in Kyiv is captured.

Probably countering Ukrainian weapons imports from the West. I saw self propelled artillery being transported to Brest in Belarus so there’s a connection.

If anything, this war is showing the weakness of armored vehicles in urban conflict even more. The atgms are way more devastating than RPG7s that have been used previously in places like Iraq or Syria.
