How about we get back on topic. Past 15 to 20 pages have been too random.

Videos from Kyiv and Kharkiv have been drying up. Have the Russians made any progress since **reportedly** they started bringing heavy artillery. Those are the two places they are facing resistances.

If those two fall, this war will end in weeks.

Edit: I've seen morning videos of Russian Z military convoys in Kharkiv

Are you serious? I can assure you the United States has plenty of Russian targets and is far more concerned with nuclear deterrence when it comes to Russia than it does with China.

You are correct, my apologies. I stand corrected :)

But I think we need to distinguish between a "Non-Aggression Pact" and a "Neutrality Pact" still.

They posit that a non-aggression pact includes the promise not to attack the other pact signatories, whereas a neutrality pact includes a promise to avoid support of any entity that acts against the interests of any of the pact signatories.

Has Russia offered a non-aggression pact in exchange for Ukraine signing a neutrality pact to alleviate Ukraine's security concerns and drop NATO aspirations?

I dun know lol. I dun know if all of them in this forum are obviously anti china, maybe they hide it well or maybe they are just anti Russia. But it's very clear to anyone genuinely pro China, that it's not in the best interest of China and chinese at this time in history to have a rift or bad relations with Russia. Cuz we have the Anglo alliance hell bent on destroying the peaceful rise of China and trying every which way to destabilise China.
