If accurate , it would, in my analysis, result from that column moving from Chernihiv, thus threatening Kyiv from two directions.
Russian forces at the Dnieper, BMD vehicles, so must be VDV forces.
I think the Ukrainians have holed themselves into defensible positions/urban zones. It would be very stupid of them to engage Russians in open, massed battles, especially given Russian control of the airspace. Russia's lack of tactical precision strike/surveillance capabilities is hampering them.
Either this is a precautionary measure or Ukraine is about to become a proper warzone.

100 Chinese WL2 drones would have saved uncle Putin a lot troubles in this invasion.

I doubt it. His incomepetence enabled this civil war, proxy war and now open war. Russia would be ill advised to see him return.
