Something definetely smells fishy. No mass artillery attacks, no mass tank attacks, no massive infantry attacks, no.massive air attacks etc. No massive anything.
It doesn't seem to be what a proper general offensive to invade a country is supposed to be. Its more of probing attacks than anything else

Sumy Direction: At midnight, fierce battles broke out in the city. Part of Sumy is on fire. Reinforcements partially transferred from Kiev. Taken under the control of Konotop.

its actually expected in my humble opinion. the aim is to subdue and demilitarize ukraine, not conquer it. Basically to remove the current pro american regime in kiev and put in a pro Russian government that will give the defence, foreign and financial policy controls to Moscow.
