To think, only a few months ago in late 2021, the Ukrainians were amassing troops and materiel for a supposed takeover of the Russian Separatist regions.

Most likely Ukranian propaganda to drum up morale of its troops. I still remember how Armenia claimed to have destroyed hundreds of Azeri planes, UAVs, Tanks of Azerbaijan. We all know how true that was later on.
Looks like the Ukrainian twitter is posting memes.
