This is a tug of war; pulling for both sides is pointless. Pick a side and fight for it; your view that everyone should follow morals and conduct themselves with respect and decency is childish on the international arena. Major global powers build their own might and follow no rules.
If you oppose Russia and you oppose the US too, then your existence is meaningless and a net zero. In a vacuum, Russia should not invade another country. But this is a world where the US and NATO routinely invade other countries to grow their evil across the world; if similar tactics are not used to defeat them based on moral grounds, the result is an even greater evil that will ensue if they were to win. Every country that has sanctioned Russia but did not do so to the US over Iraq and Afghanistan is a hypocrite, a coward, or both. I support Russia because if the US/NATO has the right to invade small countries that oppose them, then so does Russia. And by right, I mean that in the sense of might makes right, which is the true law in this world.
You show no evidence of what others show no comprehension.
Standing against others online is nothing; go stand against Putin in Russia and you will stand for a very short period of time. The Russian people love him; your friends are too soft for real politics at best and traitors at worst. I have never reserved a speck or shred of basic respect for those who betray their own nation/race.
It's appalling that many, if not most, writers here endorse a kind of Manichaeism in international relations.
"Manichaeism taught an elaborate
describing the
between a

world of
,
and an
, material world of
."

"Major global powers build their own might and follow no rules."
Has China officially declared that it has no respect for the rule of law?
Not even Beijing has dared to make that declaration. Who abroad would invest in such a China?
"If you oppose Russia and you oppose the US too, then your existence is meaningless and a net zero."
In fact, in the decade from the Sino-Soviet split to Nixon's visit to China, China did oppose both the USA and USSR.
When Nigeria was supported by both the USA and USSR, China declared its support for Biafra (Nigeria's enemy).
Was the Non-Aligned Movement meaningless? Was Tito a 'net zero'?
"I support Russia because if the US/NATO has the right to invade small countries that oppose them, then so does Russia."
So if you notice another man raping a woman, then would you claim the 'right' to rape another woman because he did so?
"And by right, I mean that in the sense of might makes right, which is the true law in this world."
Spoken like a true rape apologist, if not also a rapist.
"You show no evidence of what others show no comprehension."
You are disgustingly willfully blind when you strive to deny the existence of brutality and corruption in Russia.
Putin presides over a kleptocracy, where he rewards his cronies for their absolute loyalty and obedience.
"Go stand against Putin in Russia and you will stand for a very short period of time."
Surely, you must admire Hitler as much as you admire Putin for crushing his suspected enemies ruthlessly.
"The Russian people love him [Putin]."
The Russians most likely love Putin less in 2022 than the Germans loved Hitler in the summer of 1940.
If Putin's supposedly so universally loved, why does he express his need (which you admire) to crush all
his suspected enemies ruthlessly?
"Your friends are too soft for real politics at best and traitors at worst."
Not every Russian is a ватник. So an arrogant foreigner who's never lived in Russia acts like he knows
more about how to be a Russian.
"I have never reserved a speck or shred of basic respect for those who betray their own nation/race."
So you must hate all the Germans who fought against Hitler and the Nazis.
Hitler would have agreed with you that those Germans were traitors.
