At this point, it’s a fait accompli!
It’s highly unlikely that Ukraine will launch an offensive.

Possibly, we'll wait and see. If true this will annoy Ukraine and the west, but hopefully put an end to Ukrainian ambitions to conquer Donbass. Going in against a ragtag militia is one thing, doing so against Russian units is another.Well, BNO was early, but accurate, with the news of the decree signing!
Honestly the most we will see is an increase in sanctions against Russia and an inflow of aid and support for Ukraine against “Russian” aggression, at worse maybe some sort of quasi proxy war against Ukrainian and American made insurrectionists, however it is highly unlikely any large conflict will break out between Russia and the West. Sanctions will not have the intended affect and Russia will be more for show.Possibly, we'll wait and see. This is what I could find that shows the official decree ordering peacekeeping troops to move inI'm pressing X to doubt for now until we get confirmation from Russian news outlets.
They’ve talked about it on RT, although there hasn’t been an “official declaration” by a government source I believe it’s highly likely given the information received up to this point.I'm watching the RT livestream and they've said nothing about Russia sending in peacekeepers. It's all about past events, so this is fake news.
