I would think that Xi is on the phone with Putin offering for the PLA to provide back-channel strategic and tactical guidance to the Russian forces. ‘Cause, they‘re lookin’ inept! I couldn’t have planned such a colossal clusterf@ck if I tried to!
Not sure if you're joking or not, but Russian problems with their military can't be solved with a few good advice.... I believe they'll need another massive reform after this war
