It's a Indigenous design the BTR 4 built by Kharkiv Morozov Machine Building Design Bureau in Kharkiv Ukraine. Kharkiv is north eastern Ukraine and part of the industrial Ukraine but unlike the Dombass has thus far the Oblast remains strongly in the Ukraine and not a break way.

He said IFV So I was looking for a IFV or APC. That Vehicle is more of a Mrap at best. Up Armored Utility vehicle most likely. So
