Those modules could be stern part of the new frigates' hulls. At least 2 frigates are being constructed inside the dry dock, we might possibily looking at 3 or 4 frigates/modules being fabricated/assembled from latest photo.

Aren't they too close to the edge of the ship?
Possibly its not yet the top deck right now.
Either or both seems to be the case so far.
The grooves seem to be present at the stern section too, notably on the starboard side. So I doubt it has anything to do with cats. It seems to me they have to further build up the hull to the flight deck before we can see related installations.
