That would be the next ship after the type 076 is launched.
You're thinking too small. I'm expecting a Culture General Systems Vehicle in the same class as Size Isn't Everything and Zero Gravitas.

At that point just sublime me.
It is only one large dock without any water-tight separation barriers. Either everything float or none.

Technically he's not wrong -- he said "float out" not merely "float".
If the drydock is flooded, all the ships can float but only the relevant ships being launched will be "floated out".
We've seen this in the past when they built multiple ships in a single large drydock before and would flood the full drydock and let ships all float but only float out relevant hulls.
