Depends on the layout of various electronic instruments. ECM, Comms. Antennas, and navigation radars will not tolerate rocket engine exhaust.
Are there VLS on 076? Someone on Weibo saying so..

Not impossible for HQ-16x series SAM, but I think 2 or 3x 24 cell HQ-10 should be sufficient
There are new built segments (Type 054A?) on the edge of the dry dock.A grainy flyover update.
New flyover photo of the drydock. The propulsion compartment has been covered/sealed.
That blue-coloured structure placed beside the LHD certainly doesn't look like an island superstructure to me.
