Latest flyby photo of 076 LHD. Either the stern elevator is in the up position, or there is no stern elevator. Posted by @鎏鎏岁月 on Weibo.

I would be impressed if Russia had anything they could have to pay or barter for it. Not to mention anything CATOBAR compatible to fly from it.

Russia is building the Project 23900 LHDs at Zaliv Shipyard. I doubt they would be buying LHDs from someone else. Especially after the bad experience with the Mistral cancellation.
