And the Akinci PT-7 with the antennas on the sides of its nose also has a large antenna on its belly and carries an unknown pod on a strange looking "skeleton" hardpoint. The PT-7 might be used as a prototype and/or testing aircraft for the dedicated ELINT variant of the Akinci.

In light of recent events Kizilelma is also promoted to 5.75 gen due to aerodynamic configuration and affinity to drone warfare.

The antennas are part of the V/UHF electronic attack system GERDEGAN-3U:

My take on this is that if they not gonna go for both aircraft, they gonna get the F35s instead of F16s, which is better to have in your inventory. On the other side current F16s will go under modernization so there is no point of getting the B70s and on the other side they have the EF-2000 so yeah, but who knows they might get everything too if they want.
