Honestly current ASELSAN portfolio seems better. But you can't sell ASELSAN to Europe, so this is how you workaround that issue
I put without italics first still didnt work for some reason. That's why i tried like this but i guess something is wrong.
There is a huge debate going on whether the range scale is in KMs or NMs.
My bet is nm
Kotil did mention "hundreds of km in range" for the version on the Hurjet indeed. An instrumented range of ~300km with a lockon range of at least ~175km (or 230km if the scales are 40nm, they vary) on an airliner should be doable.
Just use AWAC or refueler… Airliner is giving me Su-15 or USS Vincennes flashbacks…
