The men in the background remind of the 'powerrangers' when the J-20 was prepared for its first flight :D

Canopy has reinforced bar aka F-35/J-20, which allows it to be made thinner without compromising structural integrity and save weight in the process. One thing I can’t tell yet is whether there is an explosive detonation cord in the canopy. But if I recall correctly I don’t remember seeing it in the top down photo of the bird when it was still in primer.

The area behind the canopy is elevated like it is in F-35, J-35, and latest J-20 variant. There will be some penalty to rearward visibility but the increase in transonic drag reduction/increased room is more than worth it.

High def images indicate that there is no nose pitot on the prototype. The image definition is high enough for me to tell whether there are distributed sensors located around the aircraft.

Inlet of the TF-X will probably be enlarged when fitted with more powerful engines needing more airflow. An eastern egg was shown some time ago in this CGI:

Does Turkey have their own radars? Or will they be licensing from a Western country.

The biggest downsides I could potentially see to this aircraft are engines and electronics/radar.
