Serial production of the battlefield recognition-introduction system of the Altay Tank started.
The battlefield identification promotion system of the Altay Tank, which continues its mass production activities in the main contractor of BMC, will be supplied by ASELSAN.
ASELSAN has been providing system solutions to meet the wireless and communication needs of military institutions since the early 1980s. It offers uninterrupted, safe, economical and fast communication solutions to users by combining experience and current technological developments.
Mass production studies have been initiated for the use of the Battlefield Recognition and Identification System developed in accordance with NATO STANAG 4579 requirements in the ALTAY Tank.
The battlefield recognition promotion systems, developed to protect the elements on the field from friendly fire, were also developed by Aselsan in this context. Signed between Aselsan and the Defense Industry Presidency; Mass production activities are carried out within the scope of the contract for the use of the Battlefield Recognition and Identification System (MSTTS) developed in accordance with NATO STANAG 4579 requirements in the ALTAY Tank. In addition, Aselsan conveyed mass production offers for the expansion of the MSTT system in other relevant land platforms of the TAF.
