Yeah, that's the agreement. China supplies the US with rare earths and the US tariffs go up to 55%. What goes through someone's head to believe Donald Trump when he claims that with America's declining GDP and nothing to offer, China gave 2 concessions with nothing from America's side? He basically told you he went to the store and got all his groceries and then the store paid him the sticker price instead of the other way around and you're like, "Omg, if this is true..."
Just like how they corrected Trump when he claimed that China was gonna collpase without a deal with him? We didn't correct him, did we? We let him squirm under a rare earths ban and he ended up drifting between "China's gonna collapse" to "I love Xi and I always will because he's my friend and so smart and tough."

2. China has 10% tariffs on American goods? Go to China and try to buy an American luxury item; then you'll see 10% when your $200 Coach bag is 10,000rmb. Chinese tourists go to America and clean out malls because every normal price looks like they mistagged it by a 0 at the end. There are professional exotic car smugglers in China because of how high the tariffs are. They probably did 10% on wheat or something and told Trump that's his 10%.
