Yeah fits the narrative when its made up in the first place. How convenient. Bloomberg also said China was listening in on Trump's personal phone. Funny for such a serious crime, not a peep from the US government at all.People regularly cite US media on the forum. True when it fits the narrative. Western propaganda when it doesnt.
No denial. So I guess the post was not wrong.Very nicely said. You ever think about writing more poetry. You have a wonderful way with words.
Well you know, when a blowhard tells you he's doing great and you see his back yard on fire, you call bullshit. But when that blowhard is sitting there expressionless telling you his business just went bankrupt and all his shit is on repo, you tend to believe him. Being a "democracy" that relies on votes and in a desperate angry time, the US is the world's biggest blowhard.People regularly cite US media on the forum. True when it fits the narrative. Not really. It's actually pretty straight forward if you quote the entire sentence like MortyandRick did.You right. A bit of deceptive marketing from SHEIN.
Don't be so modest; you're ahead of the pack of other Trump supporters!I read that too quickly this evening. And you have to excuse my public school education from Detroit. Only semiliterate.
Not votes, campaign contributions.Being a "democracy" that relies on votes and in a desperate angry time

Yes and why this clarification? Because the media was also reporting that so many ships were being booked because of Trump repealing tariffs on China that there was a shortage of container ships now. All it proves is the media will report assumptions as fact just like they will report wishful thing as fact. So claiming Shein is lowing prices to prove that China is eating the tariffs can be a lie and just like wishful thinking to make it look that Trump is right and winning the tariff war when he's not. It's always funny that the people that thought up the term "Fake News" pick and choose what fake news they want to believe.

SHEIN did lower prices. Tariffs are also factored into their prices. It was a bit of deceptive marketing when SHEIN said customers won’t be charged extra for tariffs.
But if prices have only gone up 10%, how are they managing the rest of the tariffs.
Yeah I read that Shein lowered prices after Trump dropped 145% tariffs. That isn't called eating the tariff.No. Read the previous comment from my best friend.

Because tariff is calculated on declared value of goods on arrival, not marked up retail price of good, paying 30% tariff on a $10 gizmo that sells for $30 increases its price from $30 to $33. I mean why did you think Shein switched to local US warehousing? lolNo. Read the previous comment from my best friend.
