No, Indians, Pinoys, Mexicans etc (I.e. the greencard gang) are the biggest meat riders of the west. Collapse can be spitting them in the face and they'd still be delusional to the end.

If they ever talk about west downfall, it's only because of spite since their H1B got denied, and the implication is always that the west will be supreme again IF ONLY they let 10000000 subcontinentals swarm them, that the west is missing out on so much because they're not opening borders etc. It's not genuine criticism.
Agree.
Is it happening, don't see much news about it yet

Tennessee congressman proposes resolution creating path for a third Trump term
Nah, he can talk shit. But it's not possible to change constitution to extend term limits for leaders in the US unlike in other developing countries where it can be easily achieved. Not even his own republican party will agree to that.

Love how the US is just giving China the 21st century on a silver platter. Shutting down the publishing of health related research from government agencies, directing funds basically straight into the accounts of billionaires, kicking out a workforce that the US has been fine exploiting for years, etc.
Trump is an idiot.. Let him do his 4 years and go forever. That's if he stays until end of his term.and is not impeached before then. At the rare he's going I won't be surprised if he gets impeached.

A dynasty in the making.
The advantage the US has is that they have very strong institutions and division of power between states. So it's impossible for a leader to be a dictator or try to bring in that sort of leadership.. Whenever the president goes overboard on something which goes against something major if the country's constitution or law then he will be called to order by those institutions like the supreme Court, judiciary or federal authorities etc. Just like federal judge who just blocked trumps birthright citizenship order.

I think this is what most developing countries are lacking.. They need strong independent state institutions who can challenge or stop a leader when he goes off rail. Balance of power is crucial for long term stability of a country. Else a dictator can come and monopolise power change the constitution to remain in power and consolidate power under his authority alone which is dangerous.

Just FYI there are 2 constitutional crises in progress, the federal injunction is only a temporary stop on 1 of them. Tik Tok ban pause overriding both Congress and the Supreme Court is absolutely a crisis for separation of powers and is going entirely unaddressed.

I am not even counting personnel changes, natural disasters, governance, stability, etc. Just the constitutional crises.

Donald Trump insisted he was serious in his determination to take over Greenland in a fiery telephone call with Denmark’s prime minister, according to senior European officials.

The US president spoke to Mette Frederiksen, the Danish premier, for 45 minutes last week. The White House has not commented on the call but Frederiksen said she had emphasised that the vast Arctic island — an autonomous part of the kingdom of Denmark — was not for sale, while noting America’s “big interest” in it.

Five current and former senior European officials briefed on the call said the conversation had gone very badly.

They added that Trump had been aggressive and confrontational following the Danish prime minister’s comments that the island was not for sale, despite her offer of more co-operation on military bases and mineral exploitation.

“It was horrendous,” said one of the people. Another added: “He was very firm. It was a cold shower. Before, it was hard to take it seriously. But I do think it is serious, and potentially very dangerous.”

The details of the call are likely to deepen European concerns that Trump’s return to power will strain transatlantic ties more than ever, as the US president heaps pressure on allies to give up territory.

“The intent was very clear. They want it. The Danes are now in crisis mode,” said one person briefed on the call. Another said: “The Danes are utterly freaked out by this.”

A former Danish official added: “It was a very tough conversation. He threatened specific measures against Denmark such as targeted tariffs.

Remember when Danes helped US spy on their European allies? I don't actually want to see US take Greenland away from them, but what is happening is hilarious. After all of Denmark's groveling, US is sure rewarding them nicely. That Kissinger quote about American allies and enemies couldn't be more true!

It's a fool's errand to not take him seriously and laugh things off. Most here probably still don't really believe there will be a war in Mexico due to the sheer absurdity of it. There will.

What? Speak about yourself.

I wholeheartedly hope Trump gets Greenland, Denmark and even whole EU

Cuck countries don't deserve to live. And cuck populations don't deserve sovereignty. Everything they have is just a mirage, a mirage produced by the US, giving them the illusion of being free and sovereign or whatever lol

So yeah, I am 100% with Trump on destroying the European "garden"
