Trump is angry because it “affects the life of innocent people.” Specifically Americans. Which sounds like Trump has already declared Canadians to be guilty of crimes against America.

Trump has no clue what Regional economic integration and International division of labour is. How did he become a businessman? Oh, I forgot he went broke a few times..

I asked yesterday he is either incompetent or purposely crashing the economy. I got my answer. He is very incompetent and his economic plan is something that’s never been done before. And they think it’s can’t fail. Which means there is no planing for failure. This is going to end in disaster

Although I'm not religious, I really think he was chosen by God, he's called 川建国同志 for a reason.

Remember this infamous story?
Chinese international student in my class was telling me about how his evangelical dad in Beijing believes that Trump was chosen by god to win the election, but that this victory is part of a larger divine plan to destroy the united states

Trump thinks like the average American. Americans are conditioned and want to believe the US is all powerful beyond any other country. That’s where Americans believe they need no one but everyone needs them. Why wouldn’t you want to believe that but when it’s not the truth, that when the problems happen. The right-wing Republicans want US power exercised to show who’s boss. That’s what Trump is doing now. Why does the US hate China? Simply put it’s because China doesn’t bend the knee. Bending the knee is an admission you know who’s boss. That’s how insecure Americans are because simply saying “No!” to them shows to them they don’t have as much power as they think and want too believe. Now the US’s closest allies are saying “No!” to the US. That’s what enrages someone like Trump even more hence he’s saying today he’s doubling tariffs on Canada.

And why all this? The Democrats are guilty of this too because in order to win votes to get elected again, they have to say that the US needs no one while everyone else needs them in order to claim how successful they were at their jobs so vote for them again if they want that to continue. And when it doesn’t look like that is happening, they blame another country for denying what they believe is theirs from Americans.

This is where democracy doesn’t look so good because lying about what’s the truth is a part of the system.

He’s either completely incompetent or intentionally crashing the economy, either way very dangerous.

TBF, the US economy has been sluggish for a while now, even prior to Trump's return to the White House on January 20th.

Trump is almost certainly fully aware of the economic challenges in play, especially as they contributed to his electoral victory last November, even if

If Trump is not able to "avert" this recession, and odds are against him, at least considering the current direction of US financial markets, then it is in Trump's best interest to expedite the visible arrival of this recession so he can blame the previous administration for the purposes of narrative management.

You talk as though Trump has a third term to worry about, or more precisely, to campaign for.
