INDIAN HEAD, Md. (Jan. 23, 2013) Chief Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician Ryan Swanson, assigned to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division, Technical Support Detachment (NAVEODTECHDIV TSD) Platoon 4, uses a mine probe to ensure that disturbed dirt around a blast crater is safe during a post-blast investigation exercise at the Stump Neck Annex at Naval Support Facility Indian Head.
