PACIFIC OCEAN (May 29, 2019) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Roderick Willis, from Gary, Ind., assigned to amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), observes an AV-8B Harrier attached to Marine Medium Tiltrotor (VMM) 163 Squadron (Reinforced) land on the flight deck.
