There are several videos from Kazan in the past month showing T-14.

Problem is now all weapon delivery happens in secrecy, means we will know if it is used in anger only when we see videos from Ukraine.

No clue about the production numbers for this year.

By the wiki article they had to redesign the ammunition loader, and the will be in test phase by next year.
On 24 December 2021, First Deputy General Director of Rostec Vladimir Artyakov announced, that "serial production" of the T-14 was launched.

First Deputy Chairman Andrei Yelchaninov said that state trials of new ammunition loader for the T-14 should be fully completed in 2022, and that "more than 40" Armata tanks will be delivered to Russian troops after 2023.

Possibly the surfaced videos showing the testing the T-14 version 2 with new ammunition loader.

I am fairly sure the Russians will be testing the T-14 in Ukraine in some limited fashion. It is just how they roll. Right now they are obviously training crews and figuring out the doctrine at places like Kazan. Remember that the Soviets sent the SMK and the KV-1 tanks to Finland in the Winter War. And the modern day Russians do the same. They sent the Su-57 prototypes and the BMPT Terminator into Syria for example.

As for the ammunition loader they had to change the standard carousel to handle long rod ammunition i.e. Vacuum-1. That might be what they are talking about.

The US is spending just 5.6% of its defense budget to destroy half of the Russian conventional military capability:

confirmed losses of armored vehicles including thousands of tanks, thousands of APCs, artillery pieces, hundreds of fixed and rotary wing aircraft, and numerous naval vessels. US spending of 5.6% of its defense budget to destroy nearly half of Russia’s conventional military capability seems like an absolutely incredible investment. If we divide out the US defense budget to the threats it faces, Russia would perhaps be of the order of $100bn-150bn in spend-to-threat. So spending just $40bn a year, erodes a threat value of $100-150bn, a two-to-three time return.

Just bear in mind the motivation behind any spin they put on their reporting. A couple of minor details:

Great spellchecking by the way
