Nowhere in that tweet I'm seeing them claim the pictures are direct evidence from Ukraine and look more like reference pictures of how things look and how Ukraine does have access to that all the required to build such a bomb.

Ukrainian parliament members have made allusions to using a dirty bomb in case of conflict a long time before the war started.
They basically claimed at several times either that a "New Chernobyl" would happen or that weapons with nuclear materials could be used.

According to Russian media, the Kiev regime's dirty bomb plan is as follows, quote:
MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Kiev regime has already completed technical preparations for a provocation with a "dirty bomb," having prepared a dummy missile, which is planned to be filled with radioactive material, a source familiar with the situation told Sputnik.
"Experts from the Yuzhmash plant have already made a dummy missile of the Iskander system, the head cluster part of which is planned to be filled with radioactive material, and then 'shot down' by Ukrainian air defense forces over the exclusion zone of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in order to declare a Russian launch of a nuclear charge," the source said.
He clarified that the model of the Iskander missile was made on the basis of a projectile from the Tochka-U missile system.
"After the dummy is shot down, the Kiev authorities intend to show the Western and Ukrainian media fragments of the mockup and electronics of the alleged Iskander missile in order to convince the Western public of Russia's guilt," the source said.

This sounds and in fact is even more ridiculous than the former US' claimed proofs of weapons of mass-destruction in Iraq
The USA financed mercanaries in Syria periodically staged chemical attacks, using readly available chlorine from water treatment plants.
So , it is in the playbook of the USA inteligence agencies.
It's exactly the type of psyop the US was experimenting with in Syria with their "moderate head choppers" and the totally not jihadists with white helmets, and their chemical weapons "attacks"
That they may be planning the exact same type of psyop in Ukraine, with the situation looking as grim as the outcome im Syria, its a very reasonable conclusion to assume they would once again stoop to such a low.
Well see if it happens or not, and if it happens over the exclusion zone or some highly populated area. Which ever one will tell a story of its own.
You really don't need some so called "experts" rolled out onto a TV screen to tell you what is going on. We were all born with an immensely power brain that also comes equipped with the ability to think critically and use the power of deduction, and inductive reasoning (coincidentally these are things that algorithms and bots are lacking still)
This whole international system of lies deception and deceipt has one Achilles heel, and that is its dependence on our unwillingness to use the power of our minds

The US planned to bomb Miami and Washington and blame Cuba in order to invade them so it's not unheard of.
After the Gulf war Iraqi stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons were inspected and destroyed by UN weapons inspectors. To remanufacture them they would need to import both the equipment and raw materials in a time period they were under very stringent UN mandated sanctions programme.
Ukraine on the other hand has radioactive waste lying around without international safeguards, and several Ukrainians have publically called for building a nuclear weapon or dirty bomb.
There's no comparison between the two at all.

The aim is to accuse Russia of using nuclear weapons and the Russophobic hysteria to take over the world again. Russia is to be backed into a corner again and even friendly countries such as China are to retreat from Russia. And the wet dreams of the US to kick Russia out of the UN.
