But the "expert" you dug up on YouTube, Douglas Macgregor, is one of the most ardent Putin propagandists in the US. And his statement, among other things, that the Ukrainian counter-offensive "has achieved nothing" makes me wonder if this guy is a sheep, or a comedian in a bad way.

Well, they have achieved to get the Russians to finally escalate and might get Belarus involved in the conflict as well, so how about that for an achievement?


Alleged movement of M1A1's in Bulgaria led by a rented bus from Odessa. Rybar speculates it could either be Ukranian soldiers getting training or it just as it might well be a NATO excercise though there is no way to tell if these will be delivered to Ukraine or not.

Russia must still be a superpower if they can recruit retired American generals to act as their propagandists.

Why "expert" in quotes? He was a colonel in the US armed forces. That certainly makes him much more of an expert than the clowns regularly given platforms on mainstream media.

I had respect for this guy before the Feb 2022, having read some of his outstanding publications .

However, few people have been as consistently wrong about this war as Douglas Macgregor. He just keeps pushing his isolationism agenda and backs it up biased circumstantial evidence.

He was a senior defense advisor in the Trump administration. He practically weote the order to withdraw US troops from Afghanistan. His opus magnum dream is to write a similar order to withdraw US forces from Germany and redeploy them to the border with Mexico.

How much are they actually charging? The only estimated cost I've seen is $20,000 so even if they're charging five times more than that, a thousand drones would only cost a hundred million dollars. How many Su35 can they get for that?
