They can still use Odessa. But yeah, Kherson is base of Russian navy in Black Sea area.
With Kherson under Russian control, Ukrainian cities along the Dnieper are no longer connected to the ocean. Instead of every city on the Dnieper being a potential ocean-going port, now they only have Odessa (and maybe for the next few months Mykolaiv).

Nikolaiv is too close to Kherson. Under missile umbrella. Also blockaded by Russian navy and naval aviation at Sevastopol.

Footage of kamikaze drones of the Ukrainian army shot down by the Russian air defense system has been published. One of the downed drones was destroyed near the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, another kamikaze drone was shot down near the heating water canal of the city of Energodar.

Iran intends to transfer several hundred unmanned aerial vehicles to Russia. Jake Sullivan, national security adviser to the President of the United States, told reporters about this at a briefing. It is not known exactly which UAVs will be transmitted, perhaps they will be Karrar UAVs, Shahed UAVs or Iranian Arash kamikaze drones. According to him, the deliveries will also include UAVs capable of carrying weapons. Sullivan also added that Iran plans to train the Russian military in the use of these drones. The first stages of training should begin in July. Iran has long been developing drones, according to experts, some of Iran's UAVs are copies of American and Israeli models.

The Russian Osa-AKM air defense systems are not new, but they are regularly serving along the entire front line in Ukraine. A detailed story, with an emphasis on the technical aspects of the work of the Osa 9K33M3 air defense system in Ukraine, is in the video from the militia with the call sign "Bars". The video has subtitles

Other Pro Russian's sources are also reporting of M142 HIMARS sale to Russian forces :
According to Rybar sources - Ukraine has sold one MLRS HIMARS for 800 thousand dollars to the RAF Additionally, the issue of transferring ammunition for 330 thousand dollars is being decided. Rybar were the first to report on the deal with french CAESAR howitzers. The method of transmission chosen is extremely funny, leave the launcher in a shed in the gray zone, so that Russian servicemen “accidentally” stumble upon it during the sweep.

i am skeptical, there is nothing to be learned from a launcher its just a tube. the value of HIMARS stems from NATO's intel capability, and its precision guided warheads.

The value is probably a combination of both of the launcher and the ammunition. Not much to learn from just the tube or the ammunition alone but test firing to see how it exactly works could have valuable data for adjusting air defence systems.
