No. It's been denied by the Russians and no proof of that. There would be satellite imagery if there were. An FPV drone also won't scratch a submarine even if it did due to the high tensile strength that surrounds a submarine with an inner pressure hull, an outer hydrodynamic hull, so yes effectively thick double spaced armor. On top of that, the outer hull is costed with anechoic rubber tiles that's going to bounce off the drone and provided an additional level of things to get through. Inner pressure hulls are designed to withstand the extreme pressures of depth and they are so strong its a major pain to scrap them, requiring diamond tipped saws to cut them.

The village of Andreevka in the Sumy region has fallen to the Russians. This leads to an operational encirclement of Ukrainian forces north of the forest and puts the city of Sumy itself under drone and artillery range. Ukrainian authorities are calling for an evacuation.
At this point, the Kursk incursion has reversed itself into the Sumy incursion.
