While I didn't know about the transponders being off it was reported the USS Kearsarge (LHD-3) Wasp-class amphibious assault ship was exercising in that neighborhood () with Navy experts (civilians and military) and their remote mine-hunting equipment participating. At some point in the exercise everyone crowded around Bornholm Island while a P-8 Poseidon with its APY-10 multi-mission surface search radar watched from above.
And of course we can't forget Biden's furious "We will bring an end to it." if Russia invades Ukraine.

Zelensky may be smoking some strong sh*t if he think that the war will end on Ukraine terms by 2025. He is either totally delusional or he is trying to convince his Western supporters to give him more money and weapons by putting an unrealistic end date to the war.
