US is holding Ukraine back. They could go all in and cause massive pain to the Russians but for some reason it's almost like they don't want Ukraine to either win or lose.

For the price of one Su-57, they could build hundreds of shelters. Their military and govt are so corrupt that even with hundreds of thousands of dead troops is not ushering enough change in the military. They just don't care. They care about their next villa in some far away land.

The same aviators and fans of Russian aviation have been saying it for a while, Russia has not modified the facilities for its aircraft for decades... They are inept stingers, all to the detriment of their most modern equipment


The shame is that they lose their most modern fighter, in an idiotic and passive way, the plane has not even delivered in combat operations, and has already been destroyed, all a waste of resources

I dont think protected shelter worked for guided bombs, so Russian neglected them. I think they are wrong, because small drone bombs are the bigger threat. I think shelter work well enough for those.

It's not about the number of bombs, it's about losing very important assets like this SU-57 and that A50-U due to sheer stupidity and negligence (I still can't fathom how they downed their own AWACS by mistake).

Confirmed by US Colonel PAC-2 missile took down Russian AWACS

Seems PAC-2 missiles range is more than 160kms and by a lot. Now the question is what guided the missile? That German Patriot radar was nowhere near the front.

Pretty much a claim, which need be further scrutinized.

Truthfulness have been in short supply among USA in this conflict and in general, and they have clear ulterior motives in making this particular claim.

Nah. Colonel just confirmed what many folks already knew. German launcher is a non trailer pulling launcher making it very mobile and many folks including me speculated correctly.

Russia can "go all in" a lot harder than Ukraine can. There's nothing that US can let Ukraine do to win with a press of a button.
