It's an easy pseudonym to use because those Southern Military District guys were too lazy to take down that big red banner from Ayi when they make their thanks videos from that one warehouse in Rostov so now everyone thinks Otter Army is some sort of Chinese Wagner and Ayi is their version of Prigozhin and behind all those aid packages.
I also found this weird. Why isn't the US providing Ukraine with TOW missiles for the Bradleys.
I mean even in Syria the insurgents fighting against the government had TOW missiles.
