Calm down, first F-16s don't carry cruise missiles and how should Russia launch now a counter-offensive if defensive operations are barely possible?

heard that 4 X's means that there is a lot of troops, by launching a counteroffensive by looking at the map I mean like the 8th Combined Arms Army HQ from the east being sent to the frontlines. 1st guards tank army being sent from luhansk to the frontline.

The Russian military aircraft controller spoke about his combat work, aiming Su-25SM aircraft and Ka-52 helicopters at targets in the Krasnolimansky and Svatovsky directions in Ukraine.

A Russian soldier showed a Ukrainian gun truck with a ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft gun. The term "gun truck" first appeared during the Vietnam War when the US Transportation Corps faced heavy truck losses and began armoring and arming trucks. But the very fact of installing various weapons on trucks was recorded earlier - this happened back in the years of the First World War. The video shows a captured gun truck of the Ukrainian army, made on the basis of a Zil 131 truck with a ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft gun installed.

If it's a long range drone, it would have targeted a long static aircraft on GPS. If they have used video feed for final aiming it would rely on satellite link or an infiltration team.
possibly a Bober long-range drone, with a range of 1,000 km

The bad news for Russia is that the Ukrainians are determined to increase the production of these drones, and in fact they have been gradually increasing it.

Russia has been bombarding Ukrainian bases and installations for months with its best missiles, trying to destroy aircraft, and the Ukrainians send a warning with a drone, destroying a bomber 700 km away...

September 15, 2015 (by Lieven Dewitte) - Lockheed Martin has won a contract to supply AGM-158 JASSMs to the Polish Air Force. The cruise missiles will be fitted onto the 48 F-16C/D Block 52s that are currently in Polish service. This makes the country the third international JASSM customer following Australia and Finland.

You’ve received 1 de-merit from the IAAEA (international air arms experts association)! ;)

Yes for sure, but so far all I heard about concerning the F-16‘s role in Ukrainian service is to be used as a fighter and for launching JDAM … JASM so far was not even mentioned in the discussion and if these old ones can use it is yet another question

Well, if the UK was willing to supply the Storm-Shadow, or whatever that long-range missile was, I wouldn’t put it past the US/NATO to supply JASSMs!
Nevertheless, all this remains to be seen.

UK is not shy about giving Ukraine long range weapons. F-16's can carry the Storm Shadow and Brits may decide to gift then their much longer range version. What would really make a difference for Ukraine's Vipers is if they come with HARM targeting pod and EW pod. They'll be able to fly high and closer to the frontline taking advantage of the HARMs 150km+ range. That's only if those Vipers come with such systems.
