The second strike consisted of two converted S-200s that may have been air launched, both intercepted by S-400.

September 1, China bans all exports of drones right down to a specific size, range and payload, which can put an end to Mujin drone exports and quadcopters big enough to hold grenades and mortars. The ban will last for two years.

Ukrainian Air Defense Missile in Odessa. Looks to me like an S-125/Sa-3 tho. from the seemingly booster separation part. I'm curious whether the system is jammed or it just tries to intercept close-in low flying target and overshoots.

It could be. Or the Booster failed and caused the missile to crash as it didn't have engine on.
