Well, if used against some particular country- it definitly is.
If NATO gets to claim they aren't parties to the conflict, then neither is Belarus.

It's not Kinzhal, but it could be the Silver Surfer!
Could be Kh-32 or Kh-31 then?. It's hard to tell.

Finnish officer mocks the Ukranians while bragging about Finland's training

"Ukrainians think that they are good soldiers. But being scared in the trenches for eight years does not make a skilled soldier. Soldiers are made through training," the officer emphasised.

He also mentions that Ukraine's gains are because of Russian blunders rather than their own prowess and that Russians have learnt while the Ukranians haven't.

In his view the only thing that has saved Ukraine so far is that Russia made equally poor choices on the battlefield. However, Russian blunders are not worth gloating over.

"The Russian troops have learned their lesson, but the Ukrainians have not," the officer argued.

Could be also kh31 or kh58, it don't look big but video quality, target, result are not identified...

Is it just me or is the US out of Javelins and now just sending TOW's to Ukraine?

Seen vehicules mounted TOW lately but didn't see a lot of infantry ATGM used by Ukrainian forces and even less in captured equipments. Hype of them is probably diminished or stockpiles are in Nigeria.

I say it because according to inventory levels the US was 1/3 down all the way back in mid 2022 and the TOW isn't as good as the Javelins. It seems like if the Russians can wait this out they can exhaust NATO inventory then get to work. The 155 mm rounds situation is also extremely worrying for the US
In my opinion this war has been very bad for the US vis a vis China as it will divert needed fund from the Pacific to Europe. If China starts sending arms to Russia it can test its weaponry and also make this a quagmire

They were having ammunition shortages in 2004 when they were fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan so I dont doubt the current reports of inventory shortage

"The U.S. military has assembled the most sophisticated fighting arsenal in the world with satellite-guided weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles that shoot Hellfire missiles. But as billions of dollars have poured into the technology for futuristic warfare, the government has fallen behind on more mundane needs -- such as bullets.

The protracted conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan and heightened combat training with live ammunition have left the military short of small-caliber bullets. To offset the squeeze, the Army is taking unusual stopgap measures such as buying ammunition from Britain and Israel. It is also working to increase domestic production"

Situation in Bakhmut is "much worse than officially reported," Ukrainian soldiers say

Ukrainian soldiers in Bakhmut describe a worsening situation on the ground as Russian forces continue to apply pressure to capture the eastern Ukrainian city.

“The situation in Bakhmut is very difficult now. It is much worse than officially reported,” a soldier who didn’t want to be named told CNN on Tuesday. “We should add another 100% difficulty to the official reports. In all directions. Especially in the northern direction, where the Russians have made the biggest advance.”

The soldier refuted Russian claims that Ukrainian forces in Bakhmut had been cut off and were unable to get supplies into the city.

“The Khromove [settlement] is the key for the defense of the city. When it is captured, only one Bakhmut - Kostiantynivka road will remain to supply the city,” the soldier explained. “It is already under the enemy's fire control, and if the enemy captures it, supplies will be impossible.”

Despite the challenges, the soldier said Ukrainian forces would defend the city as long as possible. “The city will be defended until the end, no matter what.”

"We all understand that we are holding on and dying to win time for a counteroffensive in the spring,” the soldier also said. “We cannot give up every city without a fight.”

Another soldier referenced only by his call-sign Kyivan, described a similar situation in a video posted on social media.

“As of the morning of February 28, the situation around the defense of Bakhmut is quite difficult,” Kyivan, who used to be based in Bakhmut said, citing information he is getting from colleagues inside the city. A third soldier speaking alongside Kyivan described the battles in Bakhmut as “hellish,” but added that Ukrainian soldiers were “holding everything.”
