The War in the Ukraine

It has to be said, Russia are masters at interrogations. America had to torture people in Guantanamo for decades and still couldn't get them to talk. Notice how the interviewer has near perfect English and is talking to him very friendly, as if he's his friend. That alone can be very disarming.

Also look how casually he incriminates himself. Does he not realise the crimes he is confessing are punishable by the death penalty in the DPR? Or maybe the UK code of conduct is that bad.

All right this is hilarious Boys, are ya ready for this, the co founder of the largest DJI distributor in Ukraine said that the problems Ukraine had with Aeroscope - the drone monitoring system DJI sells - IS BECAUSE THE CONTRACTOR DIDNT DO HIS JOB PROPERLY. I can't wait for nobody to recognize this fact the next time DJI gets mentioned in a Ukraine discussion

"On the first day of the war, Ukrainian officials said the company had shut down all systems. And this despite the fact that they all worked for us. They then said that only a few aeroscopes had been turned off and all the others were still working. As it turned out, the Ukrainian contractor who installed them did not complete his work. That is, at some strategic enterprises aeroscopes did not work due to lack of technical support. Other government users, where the work was carried out in accordance with the regulations, did not have problems with the operation of tracking stations.

In order for the aeroscope to work properly, you had to log in, change the IP address and go through certain steps to log in to the service."

Indeed, Russians are superior to anyone in this world in this matter. It's 21st century and I'm still waiting to see a photo of US troops dragging along mobile crematory :rolleyes:

And we've seen hundreds of those interviews from both sides in this war. I don't know what's so special about this one?

Mobile crematoriums can have nefarious purposes or not. I mean, Bolivia did have to use mobile crematoriums during the early stages of the Pandemic.

Places like Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib, USS Bataan, etc., not so much.

It would be interesting to see what those armour were destroyed by. We figured at the start of the war this sort of combat is exactly what Russia wanted and they will bomb armour formations in the open with air strikes or engage them head on with superior armour. However these days I don't have much confidence in RuAF's ability to do CAS.
I can answer my own question now:

According to Russian MOD:
▪️The Kiev regime made an attempt to attack units of the Russian Armed Forces with the forces of two Ukrainian mechanized battalions on tanks and infantry fighting vehicles on May 14;

▪️The advancing of enemy armored vehicles and preparations for the attack were discovered by UAV crews and technical intelligence equipment of the Russian formation;

▪️The enemy’s armored vehicles were hit by drones and artillery, after which the enemy’s attack was repulsed by oncoming fire from tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, as well as modern anti-tank weapons;

The idea of the Kyiv authorities turned out to be a hopeless adventure, during which 26 Ukrainian tanks and 12 infantry fighting vehicles were destroyed. The irretrievable losses of the enemy in manpower amounted to about 100

If true this one is just like 2014. The old one-two UAV guided artillery follow by frontal attack with armour units, in open fields it works just as well as it did in 2014.
