Because if mods are Chinese they will always talk Propaganda? D:

Its no biggie since they do the job and I don't have to pay for it XD

But probably they don't comprehense actual Chinese as well then, in case they don't know everyday life in China. Like someone living in the States will understand that no car = no proper life there XD, a Chinese who has never been to America might not know that. It could go like this the other way round too.

i have a feeling the CCTV part is just a joke on how all the singers and what not thank the TV station for their award at the end of their speech in an award ceremony.
