posts are all real, however they are all quoting Pakistani spokespeople and the claims have not been independently verified.
That is as high as impossible demand since no independent party has control of the site and wreckage. Neither Indian nor Pakistani government or people near the sites can be regarded as independent.

If Pakistan strikes military targets, like some in Twitter space are claiming that they have already done, then this will really escalate.

Here's how they match up in terms of strength.

Pakistan AF > Indian AF
Pakistan Navy < Indian Navy
Pakistan Army = Indian Army

These two have fought 3 times but I will also note that the last time they fought Pakistan didn't have nukes so things are a little bit different.

I think we are miles off this reaching nuclear escalation but for now it will be an air and missile strike show. If there's a ground invasion, then nuclear escalation will be a real possibility.
Pakistan has plausible deniability Chinese AWAC, SIGINT and EW support on-site plus space based support, while India is entirely on it's own on-site with at most US space support and even that's a coin flip. TBH how this plays out is entirely a question of how much China wants to humiliate India.

This is an existential battle for Pakistan. If they don't fight back with heavy force, India will essentially keep bombing Pakistan until they do become a new Gaza. They must now establish deterrence

This is the most important point. If Pakistan don’t hit back hard to Indian aggression, India will think they can strike Pakistan and get away with it. Pakistan will lose deterrence if they don’t hit back. Whether it is a trade war or military war, you have to hit back hard against aggression.

Everyone should probably hold off on making posts about supposed aircraft shot down by XYZ.

Twitter and social media is the worst place to try and get credible information during live events like this, and reposting their claims ends up signal boosting information that is likely misleading or false.

Yeah I agree seems likely even the generals are engaging in this sort of stuff, even when reporting to CNN and Al Jazzera…

Better just to sit back and observe. Not everything needs a reaction or a post, especially social media claims and tall tales from senior officers and government on both sides, when the fog of war and EW makes sensor reliability dubious.

Jus like in the 2019 skirmish, the only useful and reliable information we had was when physical evidence of the outcome actually emerged.

It'll probably be a few weeks or months until we can actually make sense of what if anything was lost.
