I would take these claims with a pinch of salt, yesterday India claimed to have destroyed a Pakistani AD Battery and the only proof they could muster was a pic of a "destroyed" truck

HQ-9P are from HQ-9, both are early versions.

HQ-9B is much advanced. I do remember Paki also bought & showcased HQ-9BE one or two years ago.

Ukraine managed to destroy parts of S-400 battery with modified Neptune cruise missiles. This shouldn’t come as a shock as S-400 is not as hyped up to be

It's difficult to get BDA over such distance, except with near real time satellite. From their perspective they may saw something like a Jeff took a CM-400 shot at S-400 and S-400 radar subsequently went dark, hardly a confirmation in any way
