Many people outside the broader LOC region on both sides don't have much experience with a hot war for over a generation now. There is no discipline regarding these things, but looks like they will learn the hard way.
Probably a loitering munition or a suicide drone, wreck doesn't look like a manned jet and rafale don't carry warheads inside
This could be the Yiha UAV, its a Turkish loitering munition, used by Pakistan.
