I have all the sites coordinates except some the last since 2/3 years but few.
It is a graphic useless for SAMs the best have a range of 200 km... far of 600
For TELs number yet with China special with opacity and necessary going for specials calculations with less exact numbers disponible, inventory and so a solution calculate according the number of units and TOE ( number of weapons in a units, personel also, ) in adddition look with Sat view but not easy weell see on these view a TELs of 8 - 10 m long one can confuse with a other truch and in addition the views are sometimes unclear ! worck for ships extremely difficult for ground vehicles so small.
Units to consider are Batallions not Brigades one have 2 - 5 Bns the Bn have 8 TELs and 8 reloading vehicles same TOE than Russian logic Chinese have buy S-300 and HQ-9 is comparable in additions majority of Chinese units have same size TOE than Russians.
The stockpile ofc not usefull to know number of TELs ! and the stock are always extremely difficult to know for all missiles so with China !!!
In addtition HQ-9 as i have say according SOC... 3 new Navy's Bns since 2 -3 years in Hainan but it is exceptionnal new HQ-9 replace always HQ-2 existing.
In more they are the first LR SAM in southern China the main areas are aroud Beijing, Shangai, taiwan strait and in interior, to middle around nuclears plant or others
No according last sat view since about 2/ 3 years 2/3 new Bns possible some others but 16 worck max 6 Bns
